Bed and breakfast insurance
Insurance cover for bed and breakfasts
There are obviously implications for your insurance when you
open your home to the public. You need to be prepared for
situations like a visitor damaging your property or injuring
themselves (and holding you responsible).
However, the day-to-day running of the business is time
consuming enough without having to worry about whether your
insurance protects you adequately.
We have over 20 years' experience in bed and breakfast (B&B)
insurance. Over this time, we have evolved the type of cover that
we think encompasses everything you might worry about and even some
of the things you might not yet have worried about as a bed and
breakfast owner.
Buildings, contents and third-party liabilities are all included
in this policy, eliminating the need for three separate
policies.
