Holiday Cottages Insurance has a dedicated claims team that will give you the support you need until your claim is resolved. When necessary our specialist loss adjusters will be available to help you.

The claims process

  • Call our 24-hour helpline: 0117 934 0154 (quoting reference HL4719443)
  • Obtain estimates for repair and/or replacement where possible
  • If necessary, we can send someone to inspect the damage
  • We will authorise repairs or pay you the value of your claim
