Holiday home long term let insurance

Insurance cover for long term let holiday homes

If you have decided to let a holiday home to the public, you obviously have a great opportunity to recoup some of the money you paid for it.

You should give careful consideration to holiday home insurance, but only if it offers protection from scenarios like visitors damaging your property or injuring themselves and holding you responsible.

There are times when your let property will be empty, times when it might be very busy and maybe even times when there will be a long term tenant. Because we understand that, often seasonal, variations in occupancy levels are a natural part of owning a holiday property, we offer flexible, dependable cover, tailored to the requirements of your individual holiday home.

At Holiday Cottages Insurance, we have experience of properties with special requirements, including underpinned, thatched-roofed or listed buildings. We are prepared to consider most let UK holiday homes.
