Buildings
Full Accidental Damage cover for the whole building including underground pipes & cables

Contents
A choice of standard cover or Full Accidental Damage cover to contents, even by tenants. Cover includes theft without forcible entry.

Public Liability
A limit of indemnity of £3,000,000

Loss of income
Following damage to your property caused by an insured peril, or denial of access, cover includes loss of hiring charges up to £25,000
