linguist - unfamiliar, foreign procedures, differing levels of
cover and ambiguous policy wording could leave you speechless when

European countries, but our policies are underwritten by a
consortium of leading UK insurers. Our documentation is in English
and our claims service is based in the UK. We offer wider cover
than you can often expect from foreign insurers, including
'accidental damage' and 'liability' insurance.
Buildings
Cover is provided for an extensive list of perils such as fire,
storm, flood, theft, etc. (see key features for full
details). In addition cover is provided for:
- Alternative accommodation or loss of hiring charges, following
an insured loss
- Accidental damage

- Your legal liability as owner of your home
Contents
Cover is provided for an extensive list of perils such as fire,
storm, flood, theft, etc. (see key features for full
details). In addition, cover is provided for:
- Accidental damage (only if accidental damage is shown on your
policy schedule)
- Contents temporarily removed from the home
- Contents in outbuildings
- Garden ornaments and furniture (up to £750)
- Replacement locks if keys are lost or stolen (up to £250)
- Spoilage of food in freezers (up to £250)
- Loss of domestic fuel and metered water (up to £1000) Make an

- Your liability as occupier, employer, tenant and in a personal
capacity (up to £5million)
We are also able to insure your main residence.
Please note: certain perils may be excluded when your home has
been unoccupied for more than 30 days (some perils may be
